All cookies are five ounces or more. We incorperate traditional flavors but with our own spin on the recipe. Flavors - Molasses Ginger with crystalized ginger, chocolate chip with graham cracker, coconut and walnut, Lemon Shortbread Daisies filled with lemon curd or raspberry preserve (also available in chocolate shortbread), Oatmeal Golden Raisin. Vegan chocolate chip cookies, biscotti and chocolate dipped graham crackers are also available. Our most popular is the peanut butter cookie dipped in dark chocolate and covered with Reeses peanut butter cup pieces. Our bars come in a variety of fabulous combinations. For the chocolate lover, an espresso iced brownie, a triple chocolate ganache brownie, almond joy, chocolate mousse or perhaps a mud pie. Others include a lemon shortbread crumb bar which also comes in a blueberry/raspberry combination. Oat bars are available in raspberry, coconut almond, date, apricot and other seasonal offerings.
